Documents Required for Diploma Application and Submission Procedures


Required Documents for Diploma Application:

  1. Diploma Application Form
  2. Transcript Sample (obtained from student.gau.edu.tr)
  3. Entry-Exit Record (only for non-TRNC citizens)
  4. Residence Permit Document (only for non-TRNC citizens)
  5. For TRNC Citizens: Only the entry-exit documents are sufficient.

Submission Procedures:

  • Prepare clear photos of the required documents listed above.
  • Submit your documents to the faculty secretary in person.
  • Additionally, send your application petition, including all details, to the faculty secretary's email address (ozenmulazimoglu@gau.edu.tr).

Graduation Requirements:

  • All your course grades must be recorded in your transcript.
  • You must meet the required credits:
    • AVM: 132 Credits
    • CACS: 74 Credits
