2023-2024 Spring Semester Internship Applications Information
For the mandatory internship to be conducted during the summer of the 2023-2024 academic year, the application documents are as follows:
1. Student certificate
2. 4 passport-sized photographs
3. Document proving a clean criminal record (Character Certificate/Criminal Record from KKTC police center for foreign students)
4. Passport (for foreign students) or ID photocopy (for Turkish and KKTC citizens)
5. Contact Aviation School Assistant Eren Arslan for document and information about internship submission between 09:00-13:00. (Secretary's office at the Aviation School)
6- Certificate of residence (TC)
Once these documents are completed, the internship form should be filled out at
https://saglik.gov.ct.tr/Portals/9/staj%20basvuru%20formu.pd
A print out should be given to Mr. Arslan
6. Insurance form covering the entire internship period
The documents listed in the first 5 items (properly filed and organized) must be submitted by March 31, 2024, at 17:00.
Students who fail to complete their applications or submit their documents by this date can only complete internship applications next year.
For cabin students, there is a mandatory requirement to obtain a 15-day insurance, while Aviation Management students must acquire insurance valid for the 30-day internship period.
The submission of documents proving that the insurance, for which the participants are responsible, has been obtained will be announced through a further announcement on this page, including the application dates for insurance and the submission of documents. It is the responsibility of the individual to follow this page.
