GAU is opening a Rauf Raif DENKTAS Exhibition

The exhibition will be opened under the state program of July 20th Peace and Freedom celebrations, with the participation of state officials on Friday the 20th of July at 14:00 in the GAU International Congress Hall Spectrum.

“He spent every minute of his life giving messages to his people. He experienced difficult days but did not give up. He visited Cyprus village by village and Turkey state by state and explained the Turkish Cypriot idiology. Cypriot Turks no longer have a Denktas but the nation he left behind exists, and will continue to exist. The Cyprus talks will come to a grind at one stage, and a referandum will take place where the Turkish Cypriot peoples opinions must be sought. Cyprus Turkish people will decide in his name on our future.”
The "Most Prominent leader Rauf Denktash to date" exhibition consisting of more than 100 pictures, will be opened to the public for 10 days in the GAU International Congress Hall Spectrum and foyer
