GAU AND CIHAT ŞENER SEMINARS WILL BE IN BOLU AND DÜZCE ON 21-22 MARCH

The series of seminars whichGirne American University (GAU) had started organizing along with Educator and Writer CihatŞener across Turkey with the topic of ‘’New System in Entry to University’’ has continued in the cities of Samsun and Ordu.

The ‘’New System in Entry to University’’withCihatŞener seminar which took place in the Samsun İlkadım Maturation Institute Hall in cooperation with Samsun RAM and İlkadımDirectorate of National Educationwith great participation. Furthermore, it took place in the Ordu Culture and Art Seminar Hall in cooperation withAltınordu District Directorate of National Education.

Inthe statement, GAU Vice-Rector Associate Professor Doctor Mehmet Zeki Avcı has pointed out that the series of seminars with the theme, ‘’New System in Entry to University’’with CihatŞener had taken place in over 20 cities across Turkey and expressed that the university candidates in Samsun and Ordu showed great interest. In Avcı’s statement, he declared;

‘’We hope to reach out to as many people as possible with our series of seminars with CihatŞener, across Turkey, we aim on informing students about the changing exam system. In the structure of the seminars, we aim on giving information about topics such as the elements which students should be careful about in exams. Our seminars in Samsun and Ordu took place with great participation and we were very satisfied by the attention they have shown us. This series of seminars take place as a part of GAU’s social responsibility projects. Our aim with CihatŞener is to introduce the new exam system to the students. Our next events will take place on 21st of March in Bolu and on 22nd of March in Düzce’’ he said.
