"As it is known, our graduate students receive diplomas and transcripts, etc. The approval process of the certificates has been carried out as a collective approval process in our Ministry for three years, and a serious student satisfaction has been achieved on this occasion. In this process, it is necessary to make an appointment before coming to the approval process in order to make the diploma / transcript approvals to be made after the academic periods in the relevant academic year by our Directorate in a faster time and the diploma information to be approved must be registered in the YOBİS system at least 2 working days before the appointment date. In addition, due to the global COVID 19 pandemic, in accordance with the decision of the TRNC Council of Ministers with the number of E.S. In the Spring semester of the 2020-2021 Academic Year, students who study in Health Sciences undergraduate programs (Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Nursing, Nutrition, Dietetics, Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, etc.) It was decided to be in the TRNC and to complete their student immigration permits in this process. In this context, in order for their diplomas to be registered by our Ministry, the relevant students must be on the island, complete the immigration procedures and submit a copy of the immigration permit along with the documents to be submitted to the approval process at the Ministry.
