GAU: ABE Equivalence will promote national education internationally

Girne American University (GAU) England Canterbury Campus has added a new equivalence to its international equivalents by receiving equivalence from the Association of Business Executives (ABE), which is one of the world`s leading higher education supervision and accreditation institutions.

GAU has stated that following the accreditation of GAU England Canterbury Campus Business Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, International Business and Marketing by IACBE; Businesses, Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Human Resources Management and Marketing Management Programs are now accredited by ABE accreditation.

It was stated that Businesses, Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Human Resources Management and Marketing Management Programs accredited by ABE equivalence which is valid all over the world especially in European Union (EU) countries, continues its education; expressed that the higher education diploma of students who graduated from the departments with ABE equivalence will provide a wide range of job opportunities in the global business world, and emphasized that GAU England Canterbury Campus has started to educate following the fall semester.

In the statement which pointed out that the academic programs of the international campuses that GAU embodies with its “3 Continents, One university” vision, that has received international equivalence, contributes to the development of students and their careers, it was underlined that ABE equivalence of GAU Intercontinental England Canterbury Campus academic programs will contribute significantly to the international image of TRNC’s Higher Education.

In the statement from GAU which expressed that GAU continues its scientific productions also in Intercontinental campuses which strengthens the image of the university and scientific island of Cyprus and contributes to the promotion of the country’s higher education as well as its image, it was stated that EU Equivalence and other international accreditations carry student development to the highest levels and emphasized that GAU Intercontinental campuses and academic programs integrate future opinion leaders to the global world.
