GAU continues to build communal awareness

On the eve of the 30th year of establishment, GAU sporting club – “Fight Club” undertakes a social responsibility project as they decide to clean the environment.
The social responsibility project that focuses on communal and environmental sensitivity awareness that is operated by the members of GAU “Fight Club” was carried out in the Kaşgar region. The social responsibility project which was attended by over 200 students has also emphasized that Girne, which is the Pearl of Cyprus, will not be left to deteriorate through lack of care.

GAU Fight Club: “Now We Struggle Against the Environmental Pollution”
The statement made by the members of the Club stressed that the aim of the event was to build communal awareness on environmental and natural sensitivity and to fight against environmental pollution. GAU Fight Club underlined their aim through the slogan of “Now We Struggle against the Environmental Pollution” and further stated that their aim is to make Girne a cleaner place to live and that similar events, which are to be frequently held by the Club in their struggle to protect the environment and nature, will always be apparent.
