Girne American University (GAU), on the eve of its 30th Academic Year, has hosted the General Director of Rana Kaplan Coaching Centre – Rana Kaplan - with the “Coachıng: The Occupatıon of our Era” conference.

The conference, which was held at GAU Millennium Senate Congress Centre, was attended by Rana Kaplan as the speaker, who emphasized that following the professional acceptance of life coaching, this field has been highly promoted. The conference featured issues such as: What is Coaching, Why coaching is the occupation of our age, How does the coaching process work, Why do the institutes prefer coaching, Gains of coaching to individuals, Where coaching is used, Can I coach myself, My targets and Coaching, Vital achievement and Coaching, My potentials and Ego.
The students were comprehensively informed about this profession and forwarded questions to Rana KAPLAN with regard to their concerns about this field. Kaplan also introduced practical methods on coaching and performed workshops through samplings.
