Future Opinion Leaders Discussed Democracy in GAU

The “Concept of Democracy” Seminar organized by GAU Political Science and International Relations Club was held with the participation of the President of Turkish Bars Association - Prof. Dr. Metin Feyzioğlu.

During his opening speech of the Seminar which was held in the GAU Millennium Senate Hall, GAU Rector - Prof. Dr. Yıldırım Öner thanked the students of GAU Political Science and International Relations Club for organizing the seminar and underlined that the surname - Feyzioğlu - is well-known since early childhood and that this family have contributed significantly to the country. Finally in his speech, Prof. Dr Öner thanked Prof. Dr Feyzioğlu for his contribution.

Conducting an integrated discussion with the students, Feyzioğlu underlined topics on the concept of democracy, current legal issues, the current process of Turkey in Legal and Administrative terms, the problems faced by the Universities and the attempts that are sought to be conducted by the future opinion leaders for the legal settlement.

The President of Turkish Bars Association - Prof. Dr. Metin Feyzioğlu emphasized to the students the current legal problematic phase of Turkey and unfair examination policies that are being applied. Prof. Dr Feyzioğlu also underlined the issues on the processing system of real political law and democracy and the criteria of being a better lawyer and administrator.

GAU Rector - Prof. Dr. Yıldırım Öner presented a plaque of appreciation to the President of Turkish Bars Association - Prof. Dr. Metin Feyzioğlu at the end of the Seminar.
