Girne American University Tourism and Marine Application Centre Camelot Beach Club hosts a different beach sport every week.

2. Leg of “TRNC 2013 Beach Volleyball Championship”, which is coordinated by TRNC Volleyball Federation, took place at Camelot Beach Club last weekend. 2. BeachVolleyball tournament for the season was categorized as Senior Men, Senior Women and Veteran Men. Camelot Beach Club Beach Volleyball Tournament has held; in the Men Category 10, Women Category 11, Masters Category 3 and in total 24 teams which competed during the last day final play, which was extremely competitive and drew great attention.

At the end of the tournament the ranked sportmans were presented awards by the Founder Rector of GAU and Chancellor of Board of Administrators SerhatAkpınar, GAU Head of Health, Culture and Sports TürkayAkpınar, President of Turkish Cypriot Football Federation HasanSertoğlu and President of Volleyball Federation Enver Kaya.
