GAU announced to open Freedom Museum of Rauf Raif Dentaş with the decision of Board of Administrators.

The Museum to be opened under Freedom Complex which is yet under construction it has been announced by GAU that the complex will commence to serve in 2013 fall semester.

Law Faculty, Justice Court Hall, 6 Lecture Halls; Patriot Hall, D-Day Hall, Victory Hall, Peace Hall, Independence Hall, Vision Hall Social Sciences and Science Institutes, Information Technologies Center and Continuous Education Center will enlighten the history and the future Freedom Museum of Rauf Raif Dentaş.

The conquest of Ottoman in 1571 will as well be present in Freedom Museum of Rauf Raif Dentaş with speculative definition techniques and modern presentation.

The museum will hold events regarding Turkish Cypriot community and history and those opinion leaders’ work of arts that guided the communal events. The world standard museum will light the way for the past and near future.

The main reasons for establishing the museum is to convey teachings of Turkish Cypriot community history and Cyprus island civilization history in scientific methodology for the future generations. Freedom Museum of Rauf Raif Dentaş will commence to serve in 2013 fall semester.
