GAU’s Leading Agreement for Tourism

Due to the agreement students of GAU Tourism Department and the students of La Rochelle Tourism and Business School (France) can participate in exchange education program.

La Rochelle Tourism and Business School (France), one of the best Tourism and Accommodation Management institutions of EU and France, together with GAU Tourism and Accommodation Faculty have signed a protocol for cooperation and exchange of students and teaching staff.

The academic cooperation protocol signed amongst GAU and La Rochelle Tourism and Business School, both the Member of United Nations World Tourism Organization and accredited by the world tourism education auditor TEDQUAL, was further discussed by the Director of Applied Higher school of Tourism and Accommodation.

Assist. Prof. Dr. ESENYEL: “Development in Domestic Tourism Education is at Rise”Assist. Prof. Dr. ESENYEL has stressed that La Rochelle Tourism and Business School is one of the leading institutions of France and Europe which contributes for the leading of tourism education and tourism sector by the global knowledge of trained opinion leaders. Esenyel has also stated that students can participate in exchange programs in France for their undergraduate and post graduate studies. Esenyel has as well emphasized that the exchange will be regulated according to the criteria implemented by both institutions and higher schools regarding the grading and success level and will be limited with only 12 students per annum. 

 “The Protocol holds the Right of Education in France for the GAU Tourism Department Students”.Assist. Prof. Dr. ESENYEL has underlined that the academic protocol which incorporated by GAU with the leading universities of the world has positive contribution for the domestic higher education. The protocol allows students of both institutions to take part in the exchange program.

Assist. Prof. Dr. ESENYEL has finally stated that the responsible person for La Rochelle Tourism Faculty and External Affairs Marina Kouchuk had emphasized the reinforcement of the relations amongst the two institutions via the memberships of AMFORHT and UNWTO and the accreditation granted by the TEDQUAL. Esenyel concluded by stating that the protocol holds the exchange of the students for the new academic year.
