A Soulful Event by GAU for World Women’s Day
GAU Faculty of Humanities has prepared a women’s day panel under the title of “To Born as a Woman and to be a Woman”
The presentation of the panel realized under the Academic events for the 2012-2013 spring semester was participated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tutku Akter and was participated by GAU teaching staff Ayşe Şat Muhtaroğulları, Nazif Fuat and Eliz Volkan as the speakers.
GAU Faculty of Humanities Dean Assoc. Prof. Dr. Süleyman Davut Göker has further state that the panel will hold topics like the problems faced by the women while Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tutku Akter of GAU Faculty of Humanities HAS UNDERLİNED THAT THE women’S day must not only be regarded for women but also for all those labourers’ rights and problems faced in regards.
Following the opening speeches, the teaching staffs of GAU Faculty of Humanities Psychology Department Nazif Fuat and Eliz Volkan has further explained about the problems faced by women, the value of women and prejudice on women at the panel of “To Born as a Woman and to be a Woman”.
