Being Scared of Sun is on Worldwide Known Vogue Magazine

GAU Pre-Academy Institution Consortium Schools Group College student made a great contribution to our nation’s recognition.

GAU 12th grade student Barlas Şahinoğlu has achieved a right to publish a photograph with the name Being Scared of Sun in worldwide known Vogue magazine. The photograph sent to magazine, passed editors’ council and started to take place in famous magazine’s website.

Emotions of heliophobia have been stated Barlas Şahinoğlu made statements on the subject to GAU TV. He said that he prepared a work about being scared of the sun. And he has prepared a photograph work consisting of a story about heliophobic people. He also said that greatest contribution of Girne American College is improving his self-confidence. Şahinoğlu stated that he wants to have photography education abroad and added that visual arts have important contribution to the recognition of the nation.

In addition to knowledge, GAU Schools Group is contributing to Hobbies of Students as well Girne American College educator Teresa Genç made a statement and said that she is proud of students’ success. Within the frame of individual talents and ideals, philosophy of education to GAU Schools Group is developing people who are able to take turns in global world, and thus implementing education and motivation in terms of students’ hobbies which develop them at professional level.
