29 NEW GRADUATES FROM GAU INDIA CAMPUS
VEHBİ: “GAU’S CAMPUSES ABROAD ARE GİVİNG İMPORTANT MESSAGES TO THE WORLD’’

Girne American University India Campus has organized a graduation ceremony.

On behalf of GAU, the International Campuses Coordinator and Vice Chairman Asım Vehbi has attended the 7th graduation ceremony in Bangalore India. The head of the College of Advanced Technology Dr. Subhascar Reddy and a great number of Indian government officials have also attended the ceremony.

As 29 new graduates of GAU India Campus received their diplomas, Asım Vehbi gave information to GAU TV about the graduation ceremony and stated that GAU has made important contributions to the higher education of India which is among the most important countries in Asia. Vehbi also pointed out that important messages were given to the world with the performance of the Turkish national anthem and the streaming TRNC flag at the graduation ceremony.

Vehbi reminded that the first education building of GAU in Turkey Istanbul Campus has now joined the abroad campuses of GAU. Asım Vehbi stated that a great number of Indian government officials and scientist have attended the graduation ceremony, and that GAU’s England, Singapore and USA campuses abroad are piercing the izolations and contributing to TRNC’s promotion.

Vehbi stated that with its Cyprus, England, America, Singapore and Generic Campuses, GAU is directing the higher education of the country and the world. With its 27 years of accumulation of scientific knowledge, GAU is the only university who opened the doors of global higher education to the student candidates.

Vehbi also stated that the global world’s professions Marine, Aviation, Performing arts, Law, Advanced Engineering disciplines and 11 vocational school of higher education such as Fine arts, Architecture, İnternational business, Psychology, Psychological Councelling and Guidance , 5 academies, 8 faculties, 1 institute, 47 undergraduate, 31 postgraduate and 9 doctorate programmes are offered by the Girne American University, and that it will start its YOK certified Chinese Language and Education, Turkish Law, Gastronomy and Culinary arts, Classroom Teaching, Healthcare Management, Ergotherapy, Energy Systems Engineering, Tocology, Civil Engineering and Civil Aviation and Transportation programmes. Vehbi also added that the Chinese Language and Literature Department is among the most requested departments especially in India and the rest of the world.
