Lecturer Asst. Prof. Dr. Arif Sarı from Girne American University (GAU) Faculty of Business Department of Management Information Systems represented GAU in Istanbul.

GAU Asst. Prof. Dr. Arif Sarı attended to “The 5th International Conference on Leadership, Technology, Innovation and Business Management 2015 (ICLTIBM-2015) International Conference”, which was which hosted by Yıldız Technical University and jointly organized by Yıldız Technical University and Istanbul Technical University, with two articles titled "Quality Assurance Issues in Higher Education- Northern Cyprus example" and "Contribution of Renewable Energy Sources to the Sustainable Employment field". Sarı, while giving information about the quality assurance issues experienced in the TRNC higher education sector, shared his findings on the results of his investigation devoted to the internationalization of the student market and the shifting of the student market. Besides, in the second work he participated, Sarı, presented the examples devoted to the potential jobs created by the renewable energy sources of the countries by drawing attention to the employment created by the renewable energy business.

While more than 300 presentations from over 20 participating universities from different countries were shared in ICLTIBM 2015 Congress, Girne American University was successfully represented with two different works.
