Girne American University Continuing Education Center (GAUSEM) is organizing a certification program called “Human Resources Specialty”; it will be total of 20 hours, 2 hours twice a week and led by Dr. Ilker Cıngıllıoglu.

Certification Program is not only significant for the human resources managers, but also for every competent manager that works in the other branches and  includes teaching  the methods and concepts of the commonly used strategic human resources management and discussing these in classroom environment with examples and practices for the occupational life. It was stated that every individual who are in a manager position or expected to be, and wants to use human resources and strategic managerial decisions more efficiently, can participate in the program.
