Girne American University Life Long Education Center to organize a “Human Resources Specialist” certificate program will be 20 hours in total, 2 days a week with two hours each day with the instructor Dr. Ilker Cıngıllıoğlu.

Certificate Program is not only significant for the human resources directors, but also for every competent director that works at the other branches. It prescribes to teach strategic human resources management methods and concepts and discuss these in the class environment aimed at real working life with examples and practices.  It was indicated that every individual who wants to use human resources and strategic management decisions more efficiently, in a manager position or expected to be, can participate to program.
