Tahsin Aydın, the candidate of the Overly Genius, won the "captainship of the school" election made in the American College, which is under the Girne American University (GAU) Group of Schools.

While the competition of the groups, who are maintained an intense campaign before the captainship elections, which passed quite contentious and colorful, with each other gave a democratic election excitement, the students put their contribution in the campaign by voting as voters.
