Girne American University (GAU) 29th semester graduates had fun to repletion at gala night, which was held in Le Chateau Lambousa Hotel before the graduation ceremony.

Close to 900 students, who has graduated, has lived the excitement of their graduation to the full with the concerts from GAUBand as well as English and Turkish songs from Turkey`s shining star Irem Derici at GAU 29th semester graduation gala. GAU Rector Prof. Dr. Sadık Ülker, who performed a speech at the ceremony, stated the followings:

"You are living one of your happiest days in Kyrenia. Graduation is one of the most important turning points in a human`s life. Above all, you had your education and you will get a start in business with large equipment. Besides, one of your greatest achievements is the friendships and companionships you have acquired. I wish everyone success in their next lives."

GAU Vice Chancellor of the Board Olgun Üstün presented a plaque of appreciation to İrem Derici at the end of the gala.
