Animation studies of the history of Cyprus and cultural heritage by GAU International Cultural Heritage Studies Center have drawn attentions.

Girne American University’s (GAU) international cultural heritage studies have been represented in the Valencia city of Spain.

The director of the Girne American University International Cultural Heritage Studies Center Assist. Prof. Dr Alessandro Camiz has attended to the Architecture, Archaeology and Contemporary City Planning themed scientist workshop work in Valencia City of Spain.

The scientific event has been realized by the joint organization of Polytechnic University of Valencia, Florence University and University of Gothenburg and 21 separate universities, in the field of the architecture and archaeology.

Dr. Camiz has given information about the researches and practices of Girne American University International Cultural Heritage Studies Center, on the history of Cyprus and revives of cultural heritage, with his Designing Contested Heritage within the context themed presentation.
