The GAU celebrating their 30^th anniversary during the 2014-2015 academic years has hosted the 2015 aviation festival where they gathered the aviation fans.

The festival that was held by the partnership of the GAU International Aviation Academy,TRNC RC Modellers Association, Team NcRC was held at the wide field next to the GAU Cyprus, Kyrenia Campus Vecihi Hürkuş Aviation Education Building.

At the festival program that the GAU Acting Rector Prof. Dr. Sadık Ülker and the GAU Health Culture and Sports department head Türkay Akpınar had attended the opening also, The Microlight Flight, Model Airplane Show, RC Drift Show was also included and while doing on sale ticket sales, Activity Stands were given a place.
