Girne American University (GAU) which celebrates its 30th year, has organized International Art and Design Week activities in the 2014-2015 academic year.

GAU has organized “Body Adornment Design” titled workshop within the scope of 30th year activities and the 5th International Week of Art of GAU Design Architecture, Design and Fine Arts Faculty.

At the workshop which was directed by the GAU Architecture, Design and Fine Arts Faculty lecturers Hassina Nafa and Kim Bennet, participating students design clothes for themselves with the peace theme.

Designing clothes were stitched using a variety of materials and was ready to be exhibited.

Clothes were exhibited on the participating students in the final day of the GAU workshops.
