Publicity attack from CUA 

Girne American University CEO and Vice Chancellor of Board of Administrators Assist. Prof. Dr. Asım Vehbi represented Cyprus Universities Association (CUA) in the IV Annual IUNC Eurasia 2015 Conference which was organized in Moscow between the dates of 5-9 May.

Asım Vehbi who gives education in Cyprus and is a member of Cyprus Universities Association made a speech about universities and gave detailed information about the education programs in Cyprus and universities which are members of CUA.

In his speech, Vehbi provided information about the geographical location, historical background, art objects, civilization traces from kingdoms to present of Cyprus and the position of universities in Cyprus, then he continued by giving impressive information about the universities. It was stated that the universities period in Cyprus has started in 1979 with 150 students and went through big phases until today and nowadays student number in the universities which are connected to CUA is approximately 45 thousand. Vehbi also refered that Cyprus is very appropriate for all kinds of opportunities and conditions which are necessary for higher education.

Asım Vehbi informed about Cyprus Universities Association and Girne American University, Cyprus International University, British University of Nicosia, University of Mediterranean Karpasia and Cyprus American University which are connected to this association presented detailed information about academic programs and faculties of the universities. Also, he shared his information about the accreditation of the universities which are connected to CUA.
