Girne American University (GAU) continues to contribute regional and nationwide organizations by collaborating with local administrations.

In this context, 7th Soul, Mind and Body Festival which was held under the sponsorship of GAU and Kyrenia Municipality started with an opening ceremony.

The opening speech of the festival which was organized in the Acapulco Hotel and lasted 2 days has been made by GAU Founding Rector and Chancellor of Board of Administrators Serhat Akpınar and Kyrenia Mayor Nidai Güngördü.

Whirling Dervish Show

This year, personal and spiritual development themed festival started its 7th year with enthusiasm. There were many stands and a whirling dervish show which was demonstrated after the speeches.

GAU Faculty of Health Sciences/Ergotherapy Department was among the most interesting sections in the festival.
