Reciprocal Visit With The Motherland Schools
The concentration was on the relations, which were based on solidarity and symphysis, generated between equivalent schools of Girne American University (GAU) group of schools and Homeland Turkey. The close relationships, which the base of it extends to many years ago and thoroughly matured nowadays, was clinched with the mutually signed protocols.
A group of students made mutual visits with sister schools between April 16-18 by the result of the visit from the students and administrators of Individual schools and 22nd Century Anatolian High School in November and the planning of activities related to the promotion of the country and intramural.
The studies of planning the mutual activities were implemented with the sister school protocol signed with Bursa Individual Schools and 22nd Century Anatolian High School in Bursa.
At the statement made on the subject by The American College the followings were stated:
“By the mutual invitations made, Bursa individual schools were visited with a group of students. The students caught the opportunity to create very strong social bonds within mutual cultural exchange being a guest to the parents of the sister school. The attention was paid to the development of strong ties of brotherhood existing between the two countries, while Inter-school girls basketball teams performed mutual competitions. Our students, who were in Bursa, had the opportunity to visit historical, cultural and social venues.”
