Girne American University’s (GAU), celebrating its 30th anniversary in Higher Education in 2014-2015 academic years, is hosting another international conference.

4th International Cyprus Education Research Conference which will be organized with the cooperation of Girne American University (GAU) and Cyprus Ministry of Education (KEB-DER) and will be held between 19-21 of March 2015 at GAU.

In the statement made by Vice Dean of GAU Faculty of Education and Head  of Guidance and Psychological Counselling Department Asst. Prof. Dr. Sülen Şahin Kıralp about the relevant issue is as it follows;

Şahin explains that, “4th İnternational Cyprus Education Research Conference which will take place in international level will be attended by academicians from 28 different countries who are experts in their fields. Within the scope of the conference, it is expected for over 150 notifications to be presented from different fields of education. Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Gökçekuş, Dr. Jesus Garcia Laborck, Prof. Dr. Buket Akkayonlu will be visiting GAU from Hacettepe University for the Congress.  Congress will be held in two different languages both in English and Turkish. Also in this context, within the scope of Ministry of Education, certified training programs will be organized for lecturers. Congress will be published in national and international magazines. I think the 4^th International Cyprus Education Research Conference which is going to take place between 19-21 March at GAU will provide great contributions to education and the academicians”.
