National Park Project prepared with the cooperation of Girne American University (GAU) and Alsancak Municipality were displayed in GAU.

To the exhibition that took place at exhibition foyer hall of Girne American University (GAU) Faculty of Architecture and Fine Arts was attended by GAU CEO and Vice Chancellor of the Board Asst. Prof. Dr. Asım Vehbi, Alsancak Mayor Fırat Atasever, Dean of Faculty of Architecture Design and Fine Arts Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hossein Sadri, Academicians and students. Vehbi who made the opening speech at the exhibition stated the following,

He said “We are together at the opening which is going to be a source of pride. I am thanking for our dear Mayor Fırat Atasever for the vision he showed. National park project is also incorporating science, university students and the people. I am also thanking for our students for the sensitivity they have shown.”

In the speech he performed Alsancak Mayor Fırat Atasever while extending his thanks to the GAU for the support they have given for the National Park Projects which is one of the biggest projects they have implemented as Alsancak Municipality, he emphasized that the project is going to come to life at the end of 2016.

In the statement made by the Dean of GAU Faculty of the Architecture, Design and Fine Arts Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hossein Sadri, while indicating that they are displaying the prepared projects posters for the National Park project which they carried out with the cooperation of Alsancak municipality, he stated that along with almost 40 students they are developing many projects for the “Freedom National Park.”
