GAU and Fatih Sultan Mehmet University Sings an Agreement

Girne American University has added one more academic protocol to those signed with other universities of the world and Turkey on its 30th year in higher education.

 

With the agreement signed between GAU and Fatih Sultan Mehmet University, GAU has almost reached 200 academic protocols and common scientific studies and has co-operated with universities other than the GAU international overseas campuses and educational centers in England, Hong Kong, ABD and Turkey.

 

The protocol agreement signing event was attended by Acting Rector - Prof. Dr. Sadık Ülker on behalf of GAU and Rector of Fatih Sultan Mehmet University - Prof. Dr. Musa Duman.

 

GAU Acting Rector Prof. Dr. Sadık Ülker emphasized in his speech that GAU has reached 200 academic protocols with universities other than global overseas campuses, which contribute to the promotion of the country as well as an increase in the number of students. Ülker who emphasized that the academic protocols will reinforce the relationships with mainland Turkey through language, culture and religious unity thus scientific productivity will be the result of the co-operation, stated that the intended targets will bring important scientific productions together with the agreement which will include joint degree programs.

 

Within the scope of the agreement signed between GAU and Fatih Sultan Mehmet University which is to make way for joint scientific works, student and scientist will be allowed to continue their seasonal education on other college campuses within the boundaries and terms of academic exchange programs. Joint degree programs will be provided between the two universities.
