Students of the American College Primary School, which provides education under the Girne American University (GAU) Group of Schools, received a standing ovation with the English reading performances they have displayed.

The night held at the GAU International Congress Center was attended by GAU Head of the Board of Trustees Memduh Erdal’s wife – Sevim Erdal, Head of the GAU Health, Culture and Sports Department Türkay Akpınar, teachers and students. The night in which American college kindergarten students and elementary school students performed their English performances, started with the opening speech of Headmaster of Primary School Mine Ağdaç. The night which musical story show `Musical Storyland` processed, `On The Farm` by Kindergarten students, `Five Little Monkeys` by 1st grade students, `Goldilocks - Gummy Bear` by 2nd grades, `Countries` by 3rd grades, `Snow White` by 4th grades, `What`s the matter, the Earth?` and `Madame Tussauds` by 5th grades were presented.

At the end of the performances, students, who unfurled a ``Live Us Better World`` banner, has conveyed the message of wanting to live in a better world.
