Girne American University Performing Arts High School, has appeared at the 5th ADA Culture and Art Festival which is organized by Ankara University Dance Studies Culture and Arts Society.

The event which was hosted by University of Ankara State Conservatory, was attended by the Head of GAU Performing Arts School Dance Department Susan Heijari, Dancing Department Lecturer Galip Emre as well as Dance Academy students also students from Istanbul, Izmir, Eskisehir. Within the scope of the festival organized with the contributions of Israel`s Embassy in Ankara, workshops ere given by Israeli choreographer Liat Waysbort, in addition to Ankara State Opera and Ballet artists Deniz Alp, Serhat Güdül, Özgür Adam, Aslı Güneş Sümer, Müge Güleşen, Kerem Ünal İnanç and the Head of GAU Performing Arts School Dance Department Susan Heijari, Dancing Department Lecturer Galip Emre.

Özgür Adam who also is the academic advisor of the festival stated that they held such an event to encourage the development of students and to share what they know with other students. Adam stressed that this event is a part of the festival which is to be held in the spring and conveyed that the festival bring together all the amateurs and professional art lovers in addition to stage performances in various fields.
