During Girne American Universities celebration of its 30^th anniversary in 2014-2015 academic years, a seminar was held in the information technology field in architecture with the cooperation of KTMMOB Chamber of Architects. 

The seminar that took place at GAU Cyprus Kyrenia Campus International Congress Centre Spectrum Hall under the GAU Faculty of Architecture, Design and Fine Arts traditionalistic Friday Seminars, hosted Istanbul Technical University Department of Architecture faculty member Prof. Dr. Arzu Erdem with the cooperation of KTMMOB Chamber of Architects.

In 2014-2015 academic years, after the speakers which were invited from Oxford Brookes University, Sapienza Roma and Florence Universities and also after the hosting of world president of İnternational Boundless architectural organization, the 5th seminar took place which hosted Istanbul Technical University Department of Architecture faculty member Prof. Dr. Arzu Erdem with the cooperation of GAU Faculty of Architecture and KTMMOB Chamber of Architects. During her “IT Revolution and Its Aftermath” entitled seminar Prof. Dr. Arzu Erdem while telling the history of information technology, he passed down the effects of ther technology on architectural practice and education to the participants. After the seminar Dean of Faculty of Architecture Prof. Dr. Hossein Sadri extended her thanks to Prof. Dr. Arzu Erdem and presented her a plaque of appreciation.
