Please remind that;

1. Before Masters` and PhD thesis defense exams, please fill the Format Approval  Form available at Graduate School`s web address. (forms and documents/thesis)

2. After the Approval of Thesis by the jury and Graduate School, please let the candidates fill and sign Thesis Delivery form when hard and e copies of the thesis are turned in.

3. Also, please check the inner and outer cover pages of the hard copies of the relevant thesis appropriate to the issued forms which are found at the above address.
