The dance department auditions are taking place at the GAU dance department on the following days :

September 9 & 10

Application: You are bring two pictures with you - one passport size and one full body. Application form is given to you before the audition starts - it is to be filled with your previous experience in dance, your degree and age, and future ideas what dance can bring you. Come in time to warm up for the audition.
Prepare a 1-2 minute solo to show your individual work.
Application fee is 50TL.

DAY 1: starting time 13:00 : you are evaluated by the teachers based on your body type and performance skills. You will be given various exercises by the faculty members to determine your flexibility, strength, coordination and perception of movement.
There will be an evalution by the faculty members in the end of the day. Applicants who pass the first day audition, will continue to the second day. The names of the applicants will be posted on the dance department posting wall 1 hour after finishing on the DAY 1.

DAY 2: starting time 11:00: you will be given improvisational exercises to determine your level of creavitive abilities and expression of emotion.
You will perform your solo to the faculty members ( in the order determined by the faculty ).
After the solos, you have your personal interview.
