FOR THE ATTENTION OF STUDENTS ATTENDING THE GRADUATION CEREMONY, 12^th  June 2015

• You can collect your gowns from the Student Admissions and Student Accounts Offices starting from Friday 5^th June 2015.  You will collect your gowns according to your applicant number. Students with numbers between 001-450 will collect their gowns from Admission’s Office and students with numbers between 451-999 will collect their gowns from Student Accounts Office. Numbers can be found on your gown collection card. Gown collection cards and ID must be presented upon collection.

• Graduation Rehearsal and Photos will be taken on the Tuesday 9^th June 2015 at 18.00 at Girne Amphitheatre.  All students must bring their gowns with them. Smart dress is essential.

• The Graduation Ceremony will take place on 12^nd June 2015. All students are required to be at the Amphitheatre at 17.30 at the very latest.
