Our Rectorate Committee has taken the following decision in relation to the students who have an outstanding balance before the mid-term examinations are held:

These students will be able to take the mid-term examinations to be held on 25-29th November. These students should confirm their outstanding balance from student accounts office and ensure to pay this balance at the latest by 29th November 2024. The examinations will be considered invalid for those students who did not pay their outstanding balance by this date. 

Students exam cards will be checked again. But it is important to note: the students who cannot present their exam cards for the exam, when they show their payment letter by November 29th at the latest, the lecturer will enter student grades into the system.
