To enhance the speed and efficiency of our communication processes, our new help desk system has been launched. In the first phase of this transition, emails sent to ogrmuh@gau.edu.tr, info@gau.edu.tr, and mezun@gau.edu.tr will no longer be processed starting from the 4th September, 2024.

 

After this date, instead of sending your requests to these email addresses, please submit your requests through our the help desk system. You can access our new system at help.gau.edu.tr for all your communication needs. Additionally, our system is mobile-friendly, allowing you to easily access it from your mobile devices.
