For our students who want to stay in our dormitories at Girne American University, the details of our campaigns about the dormitories in connection with the Covid 19 pandemic process are as follows ;

1. Content of Campaign for 2020-2021 Academic Year Advance Payment for Accomodation made in Between 14 May - 1 July

• Students who returned to their countries from their dormitories due to the Covid 19 pandemic process according to their own wishes, from 14th of March 2020 until 23th of May 2020, the 2-month period is given as a refund of the accommodation, and they will be able to use this time period when they stay in our dormitories in the 2020-2021 academic year for free.
• Students who returned to their countries from their dormitories due to the Covid 19 pandemic process according to their own wishes, from 14th of March 2020 until 23th of May 2020, the 2-month period is given as a refund of the food package, and they will be able to use this time period when they stay in our dormitories in the 2020-2021 academic year for free.
• Students who will pay the full dormitory in advance will not be requested to pay the %5 VAT and DEPOSIT FEES.
• Accommodation fees for the 2020-2021 Academic Year will remain the same as the accommodation fee for the 2019-2020 academic year.
• The items of our students who will stay in the dormitory for the 2020-2021 academic year will stay in their rooms and no storage fee will be charged.

1. Content of Campaign for 2020-2021 Academic Year Advance Payment for Accomodation made in Between 8 July – 25 July

• Students who returned to their countries from their dormitories due to the Covid 19 pandemic process according to their own wishes, from 14th of March 2020 until 23th of May 2020, the 2-month period is given as a refund of the accommodation, and they will be able to use this time period when they stay in our dormitories in the 2020-2021 academic year for free.
• Students who returned to their countries from their dormitories due to the Covid 19 pandemic process according to their own wishes, from 14th of March 2020 until 23th of May 2020, the 2-month period is given as a refund of the food package, and they will be able to use this time period when they stay in our dormitories in the 2020-2021 academic year for free.

• Accommodation fees for the 2020-2021 Academic Year will remain the same as the accommodation fee for the 2019-2020 academic year.
• The items of our students who will stay in the dormitory for the 2020-2021 academic year will stay in their rooms and no storage fee will be charged.
• Advance payments made between 01.07.2020 and 08.07.2020 may also benefit from the conditions of the 2nd Campaign period.
• Students who pay the minimum fee for registration during the first Campaign period will be able to benefit from the conditions of the 2nd Campaign period if they complete the annual advance payment.
