FOR THE ATTENTION OF STUDENTS ATTENDING THE GRADUATION CEREMONY, 2^{nd -}3^rd   June 2016

• You can collect your gowns from the Student Admissions and Student Accounts Offices starting from Friday 30^th June 2016. You will collect your gowns according to your group number. Students in Group 1 will collect their gowns from Admission’s Office and students who are in Group 2 will collect their gowns from Student Accounts Office. Group Number can be found on your gown collection card. Gown collection cards and ID must be presented upon collection.

• Graduation Rehearsal and Photos will be taken on the Tuesday 31^st May 2016 at 18.00 at Girne Amphitheatre. All students must bring their gowns with them. Smart dress is essential.

• The Graduation Ceremony will take place on 2^nd and 3^rd June 2016 (According to your Group). All students are required to be at the Amphitheatre at 18:00 at the very latest.
